海沼実が、心筋梗塞のため東京の病院で没。62歳（誕生:明治42(1909)/01/31）。川田正子、孝子、美智子3姉妹らの童謡歌手を育て、「みかんの花咲く丘」など数多くの童謡を作曲した。
